Pawnee National Grasslands
Billy Raccoon walked through the Pawnee National Grasslands on the eastern plains. He saw Lark Bunting bird, the Colorado State B ird, eating seeds in the grass. Billy waved and hurried along his way.
The Pawnee National Grasslands are 35 miles east of For Collins, Colorado and 25 miles northeast of Greeley, Colorado. Visiting the grassland is unique. The abundant wildlife, spring wildflowers and peace of the prairie will let your imagination run wild.
